Excellent food. The buffet spreads are extremely sprawling and very varied. I've stayed in every single 5* in Bombay including Ritz's sister property, St. Regis. None can match the buffet spread here. Not only was the spread expansive, but every single item I had was EXCELLENT. Especially the deserts! The staff is extremely attentive and alert to your every need and super accommodating to all your requests. I had made a request to the property at the time of booking for a memory foam pillow. When I checked in, the bed was already made with 2 memory foam pillows. Didn't even have to mention it to the reception staff. I dove down to Pune in my EV and had requested the property for a power socket for me to recharge the car. When I pulled into the property, the person standing outside the door, already knew my name and was expecting me and the EV. Several small instances like this that let know that this is not your average 5* hotel. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

We appreciate the service / help provided by Myna/ Payelika / Vijay srivastava / Jayesh Nakte / Yugal at 3 kitchens restaurant and Mayank at UKIYO - Japanese restaurant besides all others.

Everything about Ritz Carlton was simply excellent, it’s by far one of our best experiences we must say, staffed with quiet well mannered young staff who are ever willing to assist going out of the way… everything abt this place is simply awesome and credit goes to all staff for the excellent services provided… they set a perfect example for excellency in customer service.
