The Japanese as well as the Indian restaurants were fabulous! Great food and service. Bed was too high, but comfortable.

Everything from the word go was good. The hotel has understood how to impress its guests. Everything from the word go was excellent. Be it the check-in/ the rooms/ the breakfast spread or the Fine Dining Restaurants. One must visit UKIYO the open air Japanese restaurant for its exotic drinks and food. We appreciate the service / help provided by Myna/ Payelika / Vijay srivastava / Jayesh Nakte / Yugal at 3 kitchens restaurant and Mayank at UKIYO - Japanese restaurant besides all others.

The staff were comfortable with their knowledge (considering they were all fairly young) and yet so experienced and helpful in all aspects. Nothing was a problem, very converse with local traditions as well as expectation of the guests - excellent

Excellent food. The buffet spreads are extremely sprawling and very varied. I've stayed in every single 5* in Bombay including Ritz's sister property, St. Regis. None can match the buffet spread here. Not only was the spread expansive, but every single item I had was EXCELLENT. Especially the deserts! The staff is extremely attentive and alert to your every need and super accommodating to all your requests. I had made a request to the property at the time of booking for a memory foam pillow. When I checked in, the bed was already made with 2 memory foam pillows. Didn't even have to mention it to the reception staff. I dove down to Pune in my EV and had requested the property for a power socket for me to recharge the car. When I pulled into the property, the person standing outside the door, already knew my name and was expecting me and the EV. Several small instances like this that let know that this is not your average 5* hotel. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

The rooms were amazing . Food was good . Location was also perfect. Superb property.
