The Ritz-Carlton, Pune

Excellent food. The buffet spreads are extremely sprawling and very varied. I've stayed in every single 5* in Bombay including Ritz's sister property, St. Regis. None can match the buffet spread here. Not only was the spread expansive, but every single item I had was EXCELLENT. Especially the deserts! The staff is extremely attentive and alert to your every need and super accommodating to all your requests. I had made a request to the property at the time of booking for a memory foam pillow. When I checked in, the bed was already made with 2 memory foam pillows. Didn't even have to mention it to the reception staff. I dove down to Pune in my EV and had requested the property for a power socket for me to recharge the car. When I pulled into the property, the person standing outside the door, already knew my name and was expecting me and the EV. Several small instances like this that let know that this is not your average 5* hotel. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

I paid for the breakfast and club lounge package for my staycation it Gould have been nice if booking.com gave me all options before booking the room. I ended up paying more because I did not know/ see all options.

The rooms were amazing . Food was good . Location was also perfect. Superb property.

I booked for The Ritz-Carlton Pune to celebrate our Anniversary. Had planned to surprise my spouse with this stay at The Ritz. I had booked for a Queen Room for the 1st night and a Premier Suite for the 2nd night. The entire stay experience (Staycation) was more like a gratifying experience for both of us. What I liked were :- The Check-in Process The Front Desk Staff [shout-out for Ms. Aiyera (whom I bothered with certain requirements just to make sure the stay would be an experience to remember). Ms. Payelka (who went out of the way to call and check about the arrival and room preferences and suggest us accordingly) Ms. Clarita D (also our point of contact on arrival who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the entire process of check-in was handled smoothly. She was also so sweet to make us a Handmade Greeting card to wish us on our anniversary and also another sweet gesture by making yet another one recounting the memories we had while checking out). Apart from the above I would also like to extend my Heartfelt Thanks to Ms. Sarita, Mr. Affaan, Mr. Vijay, Ms. Siddhi]. From the F&B Department I would like to give a shout-out for Mr. Vinod, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Rishav, Ms. Sushmita, Ms. Mugdha, Mr. Ayaan, Mr. Susan, Mr. Abshishek, Chef Vishwajeet for extending their warm welcome and making us experience a great spread. To Mr. Rahul who went above and beyond his call of duty to decorate a table with flowers and candles with a small cake for us to celebrate our anniversary The Premier Suite has a spacious living room and a bedroom opening to Golf Club views. There is a super spacious bathroom with bathtub attached from where you can view the city outside while having a bath. Also, the suite boasted of a Honor Bar (mini bar) which was replenished with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (chargeable basis). This entire staycation experience was nothing but a truly fulfilling and gratifying experience. We are missing you guys already!!! xoxoxo

It is one grand hotel. Spink and spank to the core - almost perfect. The staff are very well trained and courteous.
